Thank goodness I didn’t have to get up early today. I had a little time to sleep in and drink a cup of coffee. Normally, I would drink at least 20 oz of water, protein drink with flax, bowl of oatmeal with flax and 4-cups of coffee. Here at Sundance I have to change that [...]

Sundance is not a relaxing vacation. If you decide to visit beware that you will be on the go from the time you get in either skiing, tubing, bob-sledding, celebrity lurking, movie-going, site-seeing and of course the parties and various other things to do.
